- Maintain student records and provide regular feedback
- Develop and implement innovative teaching methods to engage students
- Collaborate with colleagues to plan and implement academic projects
- Mentor junior teachers and provide guidance on teaching methodologies
- Participate in staff meetings and contribute to the school's academic planning
- Monitor and maintain the school's Geography department resources
- Organize and conduct field trips to enhance student learning experiences
- Maintain a positive and supportive classroom environment
Who Can Apply
Must Have:
- Master's degree in Geography or a related subject
- B.Ed. or D.El.Ed. degree
- NET/SET qualification in Geography
- Minimum 2 years of experience in teaching Geography at the senior secondary level
- Proficiency in spoken and written English and Tamil
Good to Have:
- Experience in teaching CBSE or ICSE curriculum
- Knowledge of digital teaching tools and resources
- Ability to work in a team and contribute to academic planning
