About This Role
We are looking for a skilled and dedicated TGT Hindi Teacher to teach Hindi to students from 6th to 10th standard at Narayana E-techno School | Gobichettipalayam in Gobichettipalayam, Erode, Tamilnadu. As a TGT Hindi Teacher, you will be responsible for creating an engaging and supportive learning environment that encourages students to develop their language skills and explore the rich cultural heritage of Hindi.
What You Will Do
- Plan and deliver lessons in Hindi to students from 6th to 10th standard, using a variety of teaching methods and materials to cater to different learning styles.
- Develop and implement assessments to evaluate student progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with other teachers to plan and implement curriculum-based activities and projects.
- Use technology to enhance teaching and learning, such as online resources and multimedia tools.
- Communicate regularly with parents and guardians to keep them informed about student progress and involve them in the learning process.
- Participate in staff meetings and contribute to the development of school policies and procedures.
- Manage classroom behavior and maintain a safe and respectful learning environment.
- Prepare and administer mid-term and final exams and assessments.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve student performance and address learning gaps.
- Stay up-to-date with developments in Hindi language and literature, and incorporate new ideas and approaches into teaching practice.
Eligibility
- Post-graduate degree in Hindi or a related field (M.A. Hindi or M.A. in English with Hindi as a subject).
- B.Ed. or D.El.Ed. degree from a recognized institution.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a TGT Hindi Teacher in a school setting.
- Strong knowledge of Hindi language and literature, as well as teaching methods and materials.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with other teachers and staff members.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
