PRT Hindi Teacher Position at Kongu National Matriculation Higher Secondary School, Erode
Kongu National Matriculation Higher Secondary School in Erode seeks a dedicated PRT (Pupil Teacher) in Hindi to join its team. This role focuses on teaching Hindi to students in the school’s lower and upper secondary sections, ensuring engaging and effective language instruction.
The PRT will prepare and deliver daily Hindi lessons, covering grammar, literature, and communication skills. You’ll assess student progress through quizzes, assignments, and periodic evaluations. Classroom management, including maintaining discipline and fostering a positive learning environment, is essential. Collaborating with other teachers to align Hindi curriculum with school standards is part of the daily responsibilities.
You’ll also assist in organizing extracurricular Hindi activities, such as debates, poetry recitals, and cultural events. Ensuring compliance with school policies on teaching methodologies and student welfare is a key duty.
Qualified candidates must hold a B.Ed or D.El.Ed degree with a minimum of three years of teaching experience. A graduate degree in Hindi or a related field is required. While TET/CTET certification is not mandatory, it will be an added advantage.
The selected candidate will be offered a full-time salary of Rs.18,000 to Rs.30,000 per month, along with other benefits as per school norms.
