Required Qualifications
* Master's degree in Geography or a related field (M.A./M.Sc.)
* B.Ed/D.El.Ed qualification for teaching positions
* TET/CTET preferred but not mandatory
* 4+ years of teaching experience in Geography, with a focus on innovative pedagogy
* Strong understanding of curriculum design and implementation
