Job Overview

Day-to-Day Duties

As an ACCOUNTANT, your responsibilities will include:

* Maintaining accurate financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll
* Preparing and submitting financial reports to the Principal and relevant authorities
* Coordinating with teachers and staff to ensure timely submission of expenses and reimbursement claims
* Conducting regular audits and reconciliations to ensure financial accuracy
* Managing the school's budget, including forecasting and preparing budget reports
* Coordinating with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely payment and delivery of goods and services
* Maintaining the school's fixed assets register and conducting regular asset verifications
* Providing financial guidance and support to teachers and staff on financial matters
* Assisting with the preparation of financial statements and reports for the school's Annual General Meeting (AGM)
