Key Responsibilities
Plan and deliver differentiated lessons that integrate conceptual clarity with real-world case studies and technology-enabled simulations.
Develop rigorous assessment frameworks including unit tests, mock examinations, and formative feedback cycles aligned with board standards.
Prepare students for competitive exams and university entrance interviews through targeted mentoring and application workshops.
Maintain up-to-date pedagogical knowledge through continuous professional development and integration of emerging trends in accounting education.
Collaborate with the academic leadership team to design interdisciplinary projects linking accountancy with economics, business studies, and data analytics.
Engage parents through structured feedback sessions and progress portals to ensure transparency and collective accountability.

Performance Expectations
Achieve a consistent student performance uplift of 10–15% in board examination results year-on-year.

Publish at least two subject-specific articles or conduct one workshop annually for peer learning within the school or wider network.

Compensation Details
