Eligibility
Postgraduate degree in Psychology, Education, or MBA from a recognized university is mandatory. Minimum three years of experience in career counseling or student affairs in a school or coaching institution is required. Fluency in English and Telugu is essential for seamless communication with students, parents, and external stakeholders.
Preference will be given to candidates with NET/SET qualified status or prior work exposure in reputed educational groups.
