Key Responsibilities
1. Maintaining accurate records and files of student admissions, fee collections, and attendance.
2. Handling correspondence, phone calls, and emails on behalf of the school management.
3. Assisting in the preparation of school reports, budgets, and other documents.
4. Coordinating with teachers, staff, and parents to resolve issues and concerns.
5. Maintaining security and confidentiality of sensitive information.
6. Assisting in the organization of school events and activities.
7. Performing other administrative duties as assigned by the school management.
Required Qualifications
We are looking for a candidate with a postgraduate degree and at least 2 years of experience in a similar role. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook, is essential. A background in education or a related field is desirable, but not necessary.
