IIT Physics Teacher

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and qualified IIT Physics teacher to join our academic team in a Tier 2 general school. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for teaching, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of academic excellence.

Primary Duties:

- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans and curricula aligned with IIT Physics standards
- Conduct lectures, demonstrations, and hands-on experiments to facilitate student learning
- Assess student progress through regular quizzes, assignments, and exams
- Provide constructive feedback and guidance to students to improve their understanding and performance
- Stay updated with the latest developments in IIT Physics and integrate them into the curriculum

Performance Expectations (Outcome expectations):

- Achieve and maintain a minimum of 95% student attendance and punctuality
- Maintain an average student pass percentage of 85% in IIT Physics exams
- Receive positive feedback from students, parents, and colleagues on teaching effectiveness
- Develop and implement effective strategies to improve student learning outcomes and academic achievement
- Participate in school-wide initiatives to improve student performance and academic results

Required Qualifications:
- Postgraduate degree in Physics or a related field
- At least 2 years of teaching experience in IIT Physics
- Strong passion for teaching and learning
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and students

Preferred Qualifications:
- Teaching experience in a Tier 2 school
- Familiarity with IIT Physics curriculum and assessment standards
