Eligibility
Must Have:
- Postgraduate degree in Library Science or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Librarian in a school setting.
- Proficiency in computer applications, particularly library management software.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
Good to Have:
- B.Ed or M.Ed degree.
- NET or SET qualification.
- Experience in managing a team of library staff.
- Knowledge of Telugu language and culture.
Preferred Skills
- Strong leadership and management skills to motivate and supervise library staff.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with students, teachers, and parents.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to manage library resources and materials effectively.
