Your Responsibilities
Teach NEET Biology curriculum to classes XI and XII
Prepare students for NEET examination through comprehensive teaching
Develop lesson plans and teaching materials aligned with examination requirements
Conduct regular assessments and mock tests to evaluate student progress
Provide individual attention and guidance to students
Maintain accurate records of student attendance and performance
Participate in parent-teacher meetings and school events
Collaborate with colleagues to enhance teaching methodologies
Stay updated with latest NEET syllabus and examination patterns
Minimum Requirements
Post-graduate degree in Biology or Life Sciences from a recognized university
B.Ed or equivalent teaching qualification
Minimum 2 years of teaching experience in Biology
Strong subject knowledge with focus on NEET examination preparation
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to engage and motivate students
Proficiency in English and Hindi (preferred)
Salary and Compensation
Competitive salary package: Rs. 4,00,000 - Rs. 6,00,000 per annum (gross)
Performance-based incentives: Up to 20% of annual salary
Health insurance: Family coverage of Rs. 5,00,000
Provident Fund: 12% contribution by school
Gratuity: As per government regulations
Paid leave: 20 days per year
