The leadership opportunity
A leadership track awaits a passionate NTT Evs Teacher at Geetanjali Olympiad School. This role blends hands-on Evs instruction with early-grade coordination, setting the foundation for future HOD responsibilities. You will shape how young learners in Khairatabad connect with their environment.
Strategic responsibilities
Develop age-appropriate Evs lesson plans aligned with the NTT curriculum and school vision. Lead small Evs activity groups, ensuring every child participates in experiments and field observations. Collaborate with senior Evs teachers to align content with higher-grade benchmarks at Geetanjali Olympiad School.
Organize monthly Evs exhibitions that showcase student projects to parents and staff. Monitor student progress through anecdotal records and simple rubrics, feeding data into the school’s early-grade tracking system. Mentor two junior Evs teachers, guiding their classroom management and activity design.
Curate a resource corner stocked with locally relevant charts, specimens, and low-cost teaching aids. Conduct parent orientation sessions on Evs learning at home, especially for families in Khairatabad’s diverse communities. Represent Evs pedagogy in school-wide curriculum forums to strengthen cross-subject integration.
What you bring
Graduation with B.Ed or D.El.Ed is essential; TET/CTET adds value. At least two years of Evs teaching experience in an NTT setting is required. Prior mentoring or team coordination experience is highly preferred.

Geetanjali Olympiad School opened its doors in 2004, a modest start that has grown into a familiar part of the neighbourhoods of Khairatabad and Vivekananda Nagar in Kukatpally.
