- Prepare students for board exams by providing targeted guidance and mentorship.
- Collaborate with other faculty members to develop academic programs and initiatives.
- Mentor and guide junior teachers to improve their teaching skills and subject knowledge.
- Conduct periodic assessments and evaluations to measure student progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Participate in departmental meetings and contribute to the development of Chemistry-related initiatives.
- Develop and maintain relationships with parents and guardians to keep them informed about student progress.
- Participate in school events and activities to promote a positive school culture.
Eligibility
- Post-graduate degree in Chemistry from a recognized university.
- B.Ed or equivalent degree from a recognized university.
- A minimum of 5 years of teaching experience in a recognized school.
- NET or SET certification is preferred but not mandatory.
