Political Science (PGT) Vacancy in Asifnagar, Hyderabad, Telangana
Ravindra Bharathi School
Job Description
What It Is Like Here
Ravindra Bharathi School in Asifnagar sits in a quiet lane off the main road, with classrooms opening onto a shaded courtyard where teachers often gather between periods. The Political Science department keeps a small reference library of Lok Sabha debates and Supreme Court summaries that students dip into during project weeks. Teachers here do not work in isolation; the PGTs share a common staff room where lesson plans, current affairs clippings, and sample answer scripts circulate freely. Morning tea is taken together, and afternoon department meetings rotate between classrooms so the space feels like a shared workspace rather than a series of separate rooms.

The role expects you to mentor two class sections, conduct weekly doubt-clearing sessions, and maintain a visible presence during school assemblies that often feature civic-themed talks.
