Key Responsibilities (Leadership duties):

- Ensure effective communication with students, parents, and stakeholders
- Manage departmental budgets, resources, and staff
School Background (Advanced degrees):
- Master's degree in Education or related field
- Ph.D. or Ed.D. in Education or related field (desirable)
- Strong understanding of educational theories, policies, and best practices
- Experience working in a Tier 2 school setting
Professional Development (Mentoring and training):
- Provide mentorship and coaching to junior teachers and staff
- Participate in ongoing professional development to stay updated on best practices
- Lead workshops, training sessions, and staff meetings to promote growth and development
- Encourage collaboration and knowledge-sharing among teachers and staff
