What You Will Do
- Develop and implement engaging Chemistry lesson plans for students.
- Conduct regular assessments to track student progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Prepare students for competitive exams like the SSC and ICSE boards.
- Organize hands-on experiments and demonstrations to foster practical understanding of Chemistry concepts.
- Collaborate with colleagues to plan and implement interdisciplinary projects.
- Engage with parents through regular progress reports and parent-teacher meetings.
- Participate in school activities like science fairs and exhibitions to promote student participation.
- Develop and maintain a safe and inclusive classroom environment.
- Use technology to enhance teaching and learning experiences.
- Stay updated with the latest developments in Chemistry education and pedagogy.
Required Qualifications
- Postgraduate degree in Chemistry or related field (M.Sc.).
- B.Ed. or D.El.Ed. degree.
- CTET or TET is not mandatory, but desirable.
- Strong understanding of Chemistry concepts and teaching methods.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
