- Collaborating with colleagues to develop and implement school-wide initiatives
- Participating in staff meetings and contributing to school-wide decision-making processes
- Maintaining accurate records of student progress and attendance
- Developing and implementing extracurricular activities to promote student engagement
- Participating in professional development programs to enhance teaching skills
- Maintaining a positive and inclusive learning environment
Eligibility Criteria
To be considered for this role, you must possess:
- A post-graduate degree in English Literature or a related field
- A B.Ed./D.El.Ed. degree or equivalent qualification
- A minimum of 3 years of teaching experience in English language and literature
- Familiarity with modern teaching tools and technologies
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred Skills
- Proficiency in digital literacy and online teaching tools
- Experience in using Learning Management Systems (LMS) and Google Classroom
- Ability to create engaging multimedia presentations and assessments
