Required Qualifications:
- Postgraduate degree in Chemistry or a related field with a minimum of 55% marks.
- Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) or equivalent teaching qualification.
- Minimum 1 year of teaching experience in Chemistry at the secondary or senior secondary level.
- Familiarity with the latest teaching methodologies and educational technologies.
- Student-teacher ratio of 1:30, with class sizes ranging from 25-30 students.
- Proficiency in English and strong communication skills.
Primary Duties:
- Plan, develop, and deliver engaging Chemistry lessons that align with the school's curriculum and the requirements of competitive examinations.
- Assess and evaluate student performance through regular tests, assignments, and examinations.
- Provide constructive feedback to students and parents to support their academic growth.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement innovative teaching strategies.
- Organize and supervise laboratory experiments and practical sessions.
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and progress reports.
- Participate in school events, parent-teacher meetings, and professional development programs.
- Achieve a minimum of 85% student satisfaction rate in end-of-term surveys.
- Ensure that at least 90% of students achieve a minimum of 70% marks in Chemistry examinations.
- Prepare at least 80% of students for competitive examinations such as JEE Main, JEE Advanced, or NEET.
Preferred Skills:
- Master's degree in Chemistry or a related field.
- Certification in teaching methodologies, such as the Cambridge International Diploma for Teachers and Trainers (CIDTT) or the International Baccalaureate (IB) Certificate in Teaching and Learning.
- Experience with educational technologies, such as interactive whiteboards, learning management systems, and online assessment tools.
- Strong subject matter expertise in Chemistry, with a focus on organic, inorganic, and physical chemistry.
- Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.

- At least 90% of students should achieve a minimum of 70% marks in Chemistry examinations.
- At least 80% of students should be prepared for competitive examinations such as JEE Main, JEE Advanced, or NEET.

Salary and Compensation:
