Responsibilities:
Coordinate academic programs from planning to execution.
Mentor teachers and support classroom pedagogy.
Align school curriculum with NEP and modern teaching standards.
Evaluate performance and guide continuous improvement.
Facilitate student enrichment programs and co-curricular integration.
Required Qualifications:
Post Graduate in Education / Management.
3 years of leadership or coordination experience.
