- Develop and manage the career guidance and support budget.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of career guidance and support programs and make recommendations for improvement.
- Develop and implement strategies to ensure that students from all backgrounds have access to career guidance and support.
- Provide training and support to teachers and school administrators on career guidance and support issues.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest career guidance and support trends and best practices.
Required Qualifications
- Postgraduate degree in Counselling, Psychology, Education or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in career guidance and support.
- Strong knowledge of career development theories and models.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
