Role Summary

Maintain accurate digital and physical archives of all printed materials for quick retrieval.
Coordinate with the administration to ensure timely delivery of documents before events and
Assist in designing social media posts, banners, and posters for school events and admissions.
Troubleshoot printing issues and liaise with external vendors for bulk printing orders.
Ensure brand consistency across all printed and digital materials used by the school.
Train junior staff or interns on basic DTP software and file management best practices.
Eligibility Criteria
Must Have
Postgraduate degree in Fine Arts, Graphic Design, Mass Communication, or related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in desktop publishing with hands-on use of InDesign, CorelDRAW, or similar tools.
Familiarity with print production workflows and file preparation for offset and digital printing.
Good to Have
Experience in an educational institution or with designing school-related materials.
Knowledge of Hindi and English typing with good language accuracy.
Basic understanding of branding and visual identity systems.
