Day-to-Day Duties
1. Prepare and deliver Social Science lessons to students in grades 6-10.
2. Develop and implement engaging lesson plans and activities.
3. Assess student progress and provide feedback.
4. Maintain accurate attendance and grading records.
5. Participate in parent-teacher conferences.
6. Collaborate with colleagues to plan and implement school-wide initiatives.
7. Maintain a safe and organized classroom environment.
8. Use digital tools to enhance teaching and learning.
9. Supervise students during recess and extracurricular activities.
Who Can Apply
Must Have:
- A graduate degree in Social Science or related field.
- B.Ed or D.El.Ed qualification.
- 2 years of experience as a PRT Social Science Teacher.
- Strong subject matter expertise and pedagogical skills.
Good to Have:
- TET or CTET certification.
- Experience in teaching students with diverse learning needs.
- Proficiency in using digital tools and educational software.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
