Job Description:
The Vice Principal will assist the Principal in the overall administration and management of the school. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing the school's policies, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and contributing to the development of a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Work Environment:
- The Vice Principal will work in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with teachers, staff, and students to achieve the school's goals.
- The position requires traveling within the school premises, as well as participating in occasional off-site events and meetings.
- The working hours will be from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday.
KPIs and Outcomes:
The Vice Principal's key performance indicators (KPIs) and outcomes will be measured through the following criteria:

Required Qualifications:
To be eligible for this position, the candidate must possess the following qualifications:

2. Minimum 3 years of experience in a leadership or management role in education.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Education or a related field.
- Experience in a Tier 2 location.
- Certification in educational leadership or administration.
Performance Expectations:
The Vice Principal's performance will be evaluated based on the following criteria:
1. Leadership and Management (40%): Provide effective leadership, guidance, and support to teachers, staff, and students.
2. Academic Excellence (30%): Support the Principal in setting and achieving academic targets, monitor student progress, and develop strategies to improve student outcomes.
3. Compliance and Governance (20%): Ensure the school's compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and standards, and maintain accurate records and reports.

Salary and Compensation:
The salary for the Vice Principal position will be as follows:
- Annual salary: $80,000
