* Develop and maintain relationships with local organizations and community groups to enhance our special education programs
* Conduct needs assessments and develop individualized plans for students with special needs
* Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of special education programs and make recommendations for improvement
* Collaborate with the school administration to ensure compliance with government regulations and guidelines related to special education
* Develop and manage budgets related to special education programs and services
* Participate in staff training and professional development programs to stay updated on best practices in special education
Who Can Apply
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Special Educator to join our team at Step By Step School. The ideal candidate should have a graduate degree and a minimum of 2 years of experience in special education administration or a related field. A Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) or Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed) is preferred, but not mandatory.
