Your role in the community

You will coordinate with the art teacher to create alphabet murals that stay up all year. You will maintain a “Word of the Week” board that even the bus driver’s child can read aloud. You will sit with new parents during PTMs to translate small talk into teachable moments. You will keep a simple diary of each child’s progress that the coordinator reviews every two weeks.
Who fits in here
A graduate with at least two years of experience teaching English to pre-primary or lower-primary learners fits best. A B.Ed or D.El.Ed is essential; TET or CTET is welcome but not mandatory. You should enjoy singing rhymes louder than the children, kneeling to tie shoelaces while chatting in simple English, and laughing when a child calls your bag “teacher purse.” Patience, a soft voice, and a habit of repeating instructions three times without irritation matter more than perfect grammar.
What you get
You will receive Rs.17,000 to Rs.30,000 per month based on experience and interview performance. School transport is provided within Meerut city limits. Mid-day meals for staff are served in the canteen. A small annual book allowance helps you add fresh stories to your shelf.
