Day-to-Day Duties
1. Teach Social Science to students at the secondary level, using a variety of teaching methods and materials.
2. Prepare and deliver lesson plans, assessments, and evaluations that meet the requirements of the curriculum.
3. Develop and implement engaging and interactive teaching strategies to promote student learning and engagement.
4. Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to students and parents.
5. Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement school policies and programs.
6. Participate in school events and activities, such as parent-teacher meetings and cultural programs.
7. Maintain accurate records of student progress and attendance.
Who Can Apply
To be considered for this role, you must have a post-graduate degree in Social Science (B.A, M.A.) with B.Ed or D.El.Ed. A minimum of 3 years of teaching experience in a school setting is required. While CTET/TET is not mandatory, it is preferred. Candidates with experience in teaching Social Science to students at the secondary level will be given preference.
Salary and Benefits
The successful candidate will be offered a salary of Rs.30,000 - Rs.50,000 per month. In addition to the salary, the school offers a range of benefits, including medical insurance, paid leave, and opportunities for professional development.
