NTT English Teacher Position at Spring Field School, Haridwar
Spring Field School in Haridwar seeks an experienced NTT (Non-Teaching Staff) English Teacher to support language instruction and classroom engagement. This role focuses on delivering engaging English lessons, fostering communication skills, and assisting in curriculum implementation. You will work closely with English faculty to enhance student learning through interactive activities, grammar exercises, and creative writing projects.
Daily responsibilities include preparing lesson plans, conducting grammar and vocabulary drills, and facilitating speaking and listening exercises. You will also assist in organizing extracurricular activities like debates, poetry recitals, and language workshops. Collaboration with teachers ensures alignment with academic standards and student development goals.
The ideal candidate holds a B.Ed or D.El.Ed degree and at least two years of teaching experience, preferably in English. A TET or CTET certification is beneficial but not mandatory. A strong command of English, both written and spoken, along with patience and creativity, will be essential.
