Spring Field School | Haridwar is looking for a dedicated PRT English teacher to join our teaching team in Hardwar, Uttarakhand. The role involves engaging students in English language learning and supporting classroom activities.
Daily responsibilities
- Prepare and deliver lesson plans that align with the school curriculum.
- Monitor student progress and provide immediate feedback during lessons.
- Manage classroom behavior to create a focused learning environment.
- Maintain accurate attendance and lesson records.
Regular responsibilities across the academic cycle
- Collaborate with fellow teachers to design interdisciplinary projects.
- Participate in faculty meetings and contribute to curriculum development.
- Assist in organizing school events and cultural activities.
- Conduct parent-teacher interactions to discuss student development.
Periodic responsibilities
- Lead class presentations and oral exams at the end of each term.
- Coordinate and oversee student participation in inter-school competitions.
- Update and submit progress reports to the school administration.
Qualification and experience
- Graduate degree in any discipline.
- Minimum 2 years of teaching experience in a school setting.
- B.Ed or D.El.Ed qualification preferred; TET/CTET not mandatory.
Salary and location
- Monthly salary range: Rs.12,000 – Rs.22,000.
