Role Introduction
Sai Sanskar Public School, Haridwar is hiring a full‑time NTT Evs Teacher for its senior classes. The position is based in Hardwar, Haridwar, Uttarakhand and offers a practical teaching environment.
Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging Environmental Studies lessons in accordance with the school curriculum.
- Prepare and update teaching aids, charts, and multimedia resources to enhance student understanding.
- Conduct regular assessments, evaluate student performance, and provide constructive feedback.
- Maintain classroom discipline and foster a safe, inclusive learning atmosphere.
- Coordinate with senior teachers and department heads for interdisciplinary projects and activities.
- Organize field trips, experiments, and community outreach programs related to environmental education.
- Keep accurate records of attendance, grades, and lesson plans as per school policies.
- Participate in staff meetings, professional development workshops, and school events.
- Support remedial teaching for students who need additional assistance in Evs concepts.
- Encourage student participation in environmental clubs, competitions, and awareness campaigns.
Qualification, Experience, Salary, Location
Candidates should hold a graduate degree with a B.Ed or D.El.Ed qualification and possess at least 2 years of teaching experience in Environmental Studies. TET/CTET qualification is preferred.
