PRT Dance Teacher Job in Spring Field School, Haridwar
Spring Field School invites a dedicated PRT Dance Teacher to join its vibrant arts program in Haridwar. This role focuses on nurturing students’ rhythmic, expressive, and cultural dance abilities through structured yet creative lessons. The ideal candidate will blend technical expertise with a passion for teaching classical, folk, or contemporary styles, ensuring engagement across different age groups.
The PRT will design age-appropriate curriculum, incorporating movement-based learning, storytelling, and performance opportunities. Practical assessments will include choreography development, student evaluations through dance critiques, and participation in school festivals or cultural events. The teacher must adapt lessons to accommodate diverse skill levels while fostering confidence and discipline.
For this position, a graduate degree in Education (B.Ed or D.El.Ed) is mandatory. A teaching certificate like TET or CTET is preferred but not mandatory. At least two years of dance teaching experience, preferably in schools, is essential. Familiarity with UGC-aligned arts syllabi and experience in integrating dance with other subjects would be an asset.
Spring Field School offers a competitive salary of Rs.12,000 to Rs.22,000 per month, along with a supportive environment in Haridwar. The role is full-time and based in the school’s campus in Hardwar, Uttarakhand.
