Post: Primary Teacher (PRT) – Social Science at Vedic Routes Public School, Ramnagar
Vedic Routes Public School in Ramnagar, Nainital, invites applications for the position of Primary Teacher (PRT) to teach Social Science to students in classes 1 to 5. This role is full-time with a monthly salary ranging from Rs.10,000 to Rs.17,000, depending on qualifications and experience.
The successful candidate will deliver engaging Social Science lessons aligned with the curriculum, focusing on topics like history, geography, and civics for primary students. Your teaching should be interactive, using age-appropriate methods to foster curiosity and critical thinking. The role emphasizes hands-on learning through projects, storytelling, and visual aids tailored for young learners.
A graduate degree with a B.Ed or D.El.Ed qualification is mandatory. While TET/CTET certification is not mandatory for this position, it will be an added advantage. Two years of relevant teaching experience in a primary school setting will be highly beneficial.
You will collaborate with the Social Science faculty to plan lessons, assess student progress, and ensure alignment with school policies.
