- Develop and implement English language skills programs for students
- Collaborate with other departments to integrate English into the overall curriculum
- Foster a culture of excellence, discipline, and innovation within the English department
- Participate in academic planning, policy-making, and decision-making at the school level
- Represent Unicus Academy at regional and state-level English teaching forums
Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) degree from a recognized university
- Minimum 5 years of teaching experience in English at a school or college
- Preference will be given to candidates with a National Eligibility Test (NET) or State Eligibility Test (SET) in English
- Strong knowledge of English language, literature, and pedagogy
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
