Position Summary

Key Responsibilities & Job Duties
Empathetic Pedagogy: Adapt your teaching style to meet the diverse learning speeds of students. You will use storytelling and the history of science (e.g., the lives of Einstein or Raman) to make the subject more human and relatable.
Academic Counseling: Act as a mentor for the science stream. You will help students manage exam anxiety, develop effective study habits, and understand the vast array of career paths available to Physics students.
Inclusive Classroom Culture: Create a classroom environment where students feel safe to ask "why" and are not afraid to make mistakes. You will foster a culture of mutual respect and collaborative learning.
Parental Engagement: Maintain regular and transparent communication with parents regarding their child’s holistic growth, focusing on resilience and critical thinking rather than just marks.
Departmental Coordination: Work with TGT Science teachers to ensure that the foundation laid in Classes 9 and 10 is strong enough to support the transition to the 11th-grade Physics curriculum.

Teaching Experience: 5 (Strong interpersonal and communication skills are mandatory).
