Phoenix Sr. Sec. School in Kichha, Udhamsingh Nagar, seeks a dedicated Non-Teaching Staff (NTT) Mathematics Teacher to join our team. This role focuses on delivering engaging mathematics lessons across grades, ensuring students grasp fundamental concepts through interactive teaching methods. You will spend most of your time in classroom settings, designing and delivering lessons aligned with the Uttarakhand Board curriculum. Your work will directly impact students’ understanding and confidence in mathematics.
Assessment is a key part of your role. You will evaluate students’ progress through quizzes, homework, and periodic tests to identify strengths and areas needing improvement. Feedback will be given both to students and, where necessary, to parents to support their academic growth.
While classroom teaching is the core responsibility, coordination with colleagues in the mathematics department will help streamline lesson plans and resources. Collaborating with peers ensures consistency in teaching standards and enhances the overall learning experience for students.
This is a full-time position offering a competitive salary of Rs.14,000 to Rs.24,000 per month, along with an opportunity to shape young minds in a supportive educational environment. A graduate degree with a B.Ed or D.El.Ed is mandatory, and experience in teaching mathematics to students aged 14-16 will be highly valued.
