ASSISTANT PROFESSOR – Swami Vivekananda Model School | Birbhum
Location: Birbhum, West Bengal
Employment Type: Full‑time
Experience: Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in higher education administration
Salary: Rs.30,000 – Rs.40,000 per month
Key Responsibilities
- Provide academic leadership and contribute to strategic planning for university programs.
- Oversee curriculum development, accreditation processes, and quality assurance activities.
- Coordinate research initiatives, grant applications, and collaborative projects with external agencies.
- Manage departmental budgets, resource allocation, and reporting to senior management.
- Lead faculty recruitment, performance appraisal, and professional development programs.

- Ensure compliance with UGC norms, statutory regulations, and institutional policies.
