PRT Dance Teacher Job in Paschim Bardhaman, West Bengal | School Recruitment

- Collaborate with colleagues to develop the school's dance program and curriculum
- Participate in school events and activities that showcase student performances
- Develop and maintain a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environment
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance and progress
- Contribute to the school's art and culture initiatives
- Develop and maintain relationships with parents and the local community
- Participate in staff meetings and contribute to school decision-making
Who fits in here:
- A graduate with a B.Ed or D.El.Ed degree, with a passion for dance and education
- At least 2 years of teaching experience, preferably in a school setting
- TET/CTET qualifications are a plus, but not essential
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a warm and patient demeanor
