Collaborate with PRT team to plan integrated monthly and annual teaching plans.
Maintain classroom discipline and cleanliness with student participation.
Communicate regularly with parents about student progress in Social Science.
Participate in school events, morning assemblies, and PTMs as required.
What you need
Graduation in Social Science or related field with minimum 50% marks.
B.Ed or D.El.Ed from a recognized institution.
2 years of teaching experience in primary Social Science.
Familiarity with local culture and history of Paschim Bardhaman preferred.
Willingness to teach in a rural school environment.
Skills that matter
Strong communication skills in Bengali and basic English.
Ability to simplify complex Social Science concepts for young learners.
Classroom management and student engagement techniques.
Basic computer skills for lesson planning and record keeping.
