Day-to-Day Duties
1. Monitor daily attendance records and report anomalies to the principal within two hours.
2. Coordinate with class coordinators to ensure smooth transition between morning and afternoon shifts.
3. Prepare monthly academic calendars aligned with state board holidays and local events in Banka.
4. Organise parent-teacher coordination meetings every fortnight in Hindi or local dialect.
5. Maintain inventory of teaching-learning materials and submit quarterly usage reports.
6. Assist the principal in preparing documentation for government inspections and TET/CTET audits.
7. Lead staff briefings on new academic policies circulated by the education department.
8. Supervise the safe arrival and departure of students during bus and van services.
Required Qualifications
Graduation in any discipline from a recognised university is mandatory. A degree or diploma in education such as B.Ed, M.Ed, or D.El.Ed is preferred. Prior experience in school administration or academic coordination is essential. Familiarity with local language and school software is an advantage.
