About Royal International Sr. Sec. School | Najafgarh

Royal International Senior Secondary School, nestled at 397 Kotla Vihar on the bustling Nangloi‑Najafgarh Road in Baprola, has been a part of the South West Delhi education landscape since 2006. Managed by the Sant Ram Chawla Charitable Society and registered under affiliation number 2730806 with the CBSE board, the school offers a full range of classes from primary up to senior secondary. With a student‑teacher ratio hovering around eighteen to one, teachers find themselves working with manageable class sizes that allow for both structured instruction and the occasional one‑on‑one conversation that can make a real difference.

The student body is a lively mix of boys and girls from the surrounding neighborhoods of Najafgarh, Baprola and the wider West Delhi area. Most families speak Hindi at home but expect English‑medium instruction, so classrooms are a blend of linguistic agility and cultural diversity. At the senior secondary level the school runs three distinct streams—Science, Commerce and Humanities—so teachers often collaborate across departments, sharing resources and ideas to keep the curriculum fresh and relevant. The community values academic progress but also places a strong emphasis on extracurricular participation, meaning teachers who can mentor clubs, sports or cultural events will find plenty of avenues to engage.

Professional life at Royal International is anchored in a clear set of expectations and a supportive administrative framework. The management maintains regular professional development sessions and encourages teachers to experiment with modern pedagogical tools, yet they also respect the experience of seasoned staff. The school’s infrastructure includes well‑equipped laboratories, a library stocked with current titles, and digital classrooms that make lesson planning smoother. Because the school operates under the CBSE guidelines, teachers are expected to keep up with board revisions, but the relatively low student‑teacher ratio gives them the breathing room to adapt lessons without feeling rushed.

A teacher who thrives here is someone who enjoys the balance of structure and flexibility—a professional who can deliver the rigour of the CBSE syllabus while also being ready to guide a science experiment, coach a debate team or supervise a community service project. Those who appreciate working in a co‑educational setting, who are comfortable navigating a multicultural student population, and who seek a workplace where collaboration is the norm rather than the exception, will find Royal International a rewarding place to grow. If you are looking for a school that respects both academic standards and the human side of teaching, this campus in the heart of Najafgarh might be the right next step in your career.
