- Liaise with parents, alumni and external artists for collaborations and workshops.

- Prepare reports on program outcomes and present them to senior management.
- Foster a vibrant musical environment that encourages student participation.
Qualification
Must Have
- Post‑graduate degree in Music or related field (M.A./M.Sc. in Music).
- B.Ed or D.El.Ed preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in music program administration.
Good to Have
- TET/CTET certification.
- Experience in organizing large‑scale cultural festivals.
Skills
- Strong leadership and team‑management abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Budget planning and resource management.
- Proficiency in a range of musical instruments and software.
- Ability to engage with diverse stakeholders and build partnerships.
Salary and location
