Shannen The World School | Gotri in Vadodara seeks a dedicated PGT Business Studies Teacher to guide students through advanced commerce and management concepts. This role requires a strong command of business principles, including finance, marketing, and entrepreneurship, tailored to prepare students for higher education and real-world challenges.
The teacher will design and deliver engaging curriculum aligned with national standards, ensuring students grasp theoretical frameworks alongside practical applications. Classroom instruction should integrate case studies, simulations, and real-world projects to foster critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Assessment will involve continuous evaluation through quizzes, projects, and presentations, with a focus on developing analytical and decision-making abilities. Collaborating with the school’s faculty to integrate business studies with other subjects will also be part of the responsibilities.
A postgraduate degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field is mandatory. At least three years of teaching experience, preferably in a school setting, is required. While TET/CTET is not mandatory, a teaching certificate is preferred.
