3. Key Responsibilities:
Conduct athletics training in running, jumping, and throwing events.
Prepare students for competitive meets.
Monitor athlete progress and maintain fitness records.
Encourage a positive sporting culture and teamwork.
Ensure safe use of athletic equipment and facilities.
4. Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Physical Education or related field.
Proven track record in athletics coaching.
Knowledge of biomechanics, training techniques, and nutrition.
Strong leadership and motivational ability.
5. Preferred Skills:
Certification in athletic coaching or sports management.
Experience in youth athletic development programs.
Familiarity with fitness assessment tools.
6. Work Environment:
You will train students in the school’s athletics ground, supported by fitness and physiotherapy facilities.
7. Salary & Benefits:
Attractive pay scale ₹22,000–₹32,000 per month, along with incentives for tournament achievements.
