About This Role
The Scottish High School is seeking an exceptional individual to fill the position of Pre-Primary Resource Teacher (PRT) in our school in Gurugram, Haryana. This is an exciting leadership opportunity to join our team and contribute to the growth and development of our young students. As a PRT, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the school administration, leading the Pre-Primary department, and mentoring staff members.
Day-to-Day Duties
* Provide administrative support to the school administration in managing day-to-day operations, including attendance, records, and reports.
* Lead the Pre-Primary department in planning and implementing educational programs, policies, and procedures.
* Mentor and guide staff members in the Pre-Primary department to ensure high-quality education and care for our students.
* Coordinate with teachers and staff to ensure smooth transition and communication.
* Develop and maintain relationships with parents and guardians through regular updates and meetings.
* Participate in curriculum development and implementation of educational programs.
* Perform other duties as assigned by the school administration.
Who Can Apply
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced individual with a postgraduate degree in any field. A Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) or Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed) is required for this position. Preference will be given to candidates with a Teaching Eligibility Test (TET) or Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET) certification. Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role is essential.
