Day-to-Day Duties
1. Plan and deliver engaging Chemistry lessons to students in Classes 9-12.
2. Prepare and administer assessments, quizzes, and exams to evaluate student progress.
3. Maintain accurate records of student grades and progress.
4. Develop and implement innovative teaching methods to enhance student learning.
5. Provide individualized support to students who require extra assistance.
6. Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement curriculum changes.
7. Participate in school events, such as parent-teacher conferences and open houses.
8. Stay up-to-date with developments in Chemistry and integrate them into the curriculum.
9. Maintain a safe and organized classroom environment.
Eligibility Criteria
Must Have:
- Postgraduate degree in Chemistry (M.Sc.) or related field
- B.Ed. or D.El.Ed. qualification
- Valid TET/CTET certification (not required)
Good to Have:
- Experience teaching Chemistry to Classes 9-12
- Strong knowledge of Chemistry curriculum and pedagogy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
