Activity Incharge Job in Panchkula, Haryana | School Vacancy — Immediate requirement
Role Summary
Activity Incharge position is open at Dass And Brown School for a full-time role. The Activity Incharge will lead extracurricular programs, manage sports, arts, and cultural events, and support student engagement initiatives. Coordination with teachers and parents will be a regular part of the responsibilities.
Day-to-Day Duties
1. Plan and organize weekly activity schedules including sports, arts, music, and dance sessions for students.
2. Supervise external coaches and instructors hired for specialized activities at Dass And Brown School.
3. Maintain inventory of sports equipment and art materials, ensuring timely procurement and safety compliance.
4. Conduct monthly activity assessments and submit progress reports to the school management.
5. Coordinate inter-house competitions and prepare students for zonal and district-level events.
6. Manage the school’s activity calendar and ensure smooth execution of annual functions and festivals.
7. Engage with parents during PTMs to update them on their ward’s participation and performance.
8. Document student achievements in co-curricular areas for school records and future reference.
Eligibility Criteria
Postgraduate degree in Physical Education, Fine Arts, or related field is required. Minimum 3 years of experience in school activity coordination or sports administration is necessary. Proficiency in MS Office and basic accounting for activity budget management is preferred.
Skills We Value
Strong leadership and team coordination skills are essential. Ability to handle multiple events simultaneously and maintain high energy levels throughout the year is important. Familiarity with Haryana school sports culture and event logistics will be an advantage.
Perks and Pay
This full-time Activity Incharge position offers Rs.20,000 to Rs.40,000 per month based on experience and qualifications. Annual increments are applicable subject to performance. School holidays and summer breaks are fully paid as per government norms.
