Admission Counsellor Job in Panchkula, Haryana | School Vacancy — Immediate requirement.
Job Overview
Dass And Brown School is looking for an experienced Admission Counsellor to manage end-to-end student enrolment processes. The role requires handling parent interactions, coordinating with school leadership, and ensuring smooth admissions during peak seasons.
Day-to-Day Duties
1. Manage all aspects of the admission cycle including enquiries, counselling sessions, and document verification.
2. Guide parents and students through the application process and clarify doubts about fee structures and policies.
3. Maintain accurate records of enquiries, follow-ups, and admissions in the school’s CRM system.
4. Organise and conduct school tours and orientation sessions for prospective families.
5. Coordinate with the marketing team to plan admission drives and open house events in Panchkula and nearby areas.
6. Liaise with the accounts department to ensure timely fee collection and issue receipts.
7. Prepare monthly admission reports and share insights with the school leadership.
8. Address post-admission queries from parents regarding transport, uniforms, and academic schedules.
Who Can Apply
Graduate or postgraduate candidates with at least three years of experience in school admission counselling or related administrative roles are eligible. Proficiency in MS Office and basic Tally is preferred. Knowledge of local languages like Hindi and Punjabi will be an added advantage.

Salary and Benefits
