Role Summary
The Dass And Brown School seeks a dedicated Soft Skills Trainer to strengthen student development beyond academics. This role focuses on shaping communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills among school students through structured sessions. The position plays a key role in fostering confidence and teamwork within the school community.
What You Will Do
Design and deliver engaging soft skills workshops for students across grades.
Assess student needs and create customized training modules for communication and personality development.
Collaborate with school leadership to integrate soft skills into co-curricular activities.
Conduct interactive group sessions on public speaking, problem-solving, and emotional intelligence.
Monitor progress of participants and maintain records of attendance and participation.
Organize school-wide events like elocution, debate, and team-building exercises.
Provide feedback to students and suggest improvement areas for personal growth.
Assist in designing school newsletters or bulletin boards highlighting soft skills achievements.
Required Qualifications
Postgraduate degree in any discipline with minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
B.Ed or D.El.Ed preferred for better understanding of student behavior.
Prior experience in training or mentoring young learners is a strong advantage.
Familiarity with school culture and student psychology will be beneficial.
