4. Maintain accurate records and reports of student progress and participation.
5. Develop and implement strategies to enhance student engagement and motivation.
6. Provide physical and emotional support to students as needed.
7. Participate in staff meetings and contribute to the development of policies and procedures.
8. Perform other duties as assigned by the administration.
