As a key administrative leader, the PRINCIPAL plays a vital role in shaping the educational environment at St. Andrews World School Haryana. Day-to-Day Duties
- Lead the management and administration of the school, ensuring effective implementation of policies and procedures.
- Oversee the recruitment, training, and supervision of staff members, including non-teaching personnel.
- Develop and manage the school's budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
- Foster positive relationships with parents, students, and the community through regular communication and engagement.
- Monitor student progress, addressing any concerns or issues that may arise.
- Collaborate with teachers to develop and implement curriculum plans and assessments.
- Ensure the school's infrastructure and facilities are well-maintained and upgraded as needed.
- Handle student admissions, transfers, and withdrawals, adhering to school policies and regulations.
- Develop and execute school events, such as parent-teacher meetings, sports days, and cultural festivals.
Eligibility Criteria
- Must Have: Postgraduate degree (MA/MSc/MCom/MBA/LLM/MEd) with a specialization in administration or education.
- Good to Have: Master's degree in Education (MEd) or a related field, along with relevant administrative experience.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in a leadership or administrative role in a school or educational institution.
Preferred Skills
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with diverse stakeholders.
