Organize Hindi recitation, storytelling, and cultural events to reinforce language skills and local traditions. Collaborate with KG section heads to integrate Hindi with art, music, and movement activities. Maintain classroom resources, teaching aids, and a Hindi corner with age-appropriate books and charts.
Support junior Hindi teachers through demonstration lessons and informal mentoring. Assist in preparing students for school functions and inter-house competitions involving Hindi. Track vocabulary and sentence-building milestones for each child in the NTT section.
Who Can Apply
Graduates in Hindi or Education with B.Ed or D.El.Ed from a recognized institution. Minimum 5 years of teaching Hindi in early childhood settings, preferably in Bihar. TET or CTET certification is preferred but not mandatory for this role.
Experience with NTT curriculum design and KG-level pedagogy is essential. Familiarity with local Hindi dialects and cultural references in Darbhanga will be an advantage. Candidates should demonstrate patience and creativity in handling young learners.
